For lunch, we were brought to large room which had a number of round tables. Sitting at the tables were managers and engineers from the groups we were interviewing with. Two to three interview candidates were assigned to each table to have lunch with the employees. This wasn't a lunch interview, rather it was more of an opportunity for the candidates and team members to get to know each other in a casual setting.
