I applied online through the GE Aviation career page and received an email to setup phone screening with HR about 3 weeks later. After phone screen was phone interview with the hiring manager who was very polite and knowledgeable. Invited to on-site interview 2 weeks later. The on-site interview was a half day interview involving multiple managers and engineers along with a tour of the facility. Overall the interview process was very efficient and smooth. Everyone at the Lynn, MA location was friendly and showed good culture. Unfortunately I had to decline the offer due to other offers received before I heard back from GE Aviation.
