My interview process with GDA Capital took place over the course of 30 days. You can tell that the interviewers are passionate about their jobs and their industry, making the interview process quite exciting. I met with the Hiring Manager for two rounds where typical interview questions were asked related to the role and my competencies. I was then invited to a panel interview for the third and final round, where the interviewers were interested in what inspires and motivates you as a person, and I found this refreshing. I was notified I got the job after the final round.
