It was good and was exciting and asked a lot of questions. Learnt a lot about what should I say, how do I dress up , what do I do to get a valuable job etc.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
