After submitting the resume, you get an email for some pre-screen questions to see if you're a good fit. Then they proceed with the online video Interview for about 15-20 minutes. All interns were working remotely.

It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
