Initial communication was engaging and fantastic. After passing through HR/cultural fit interview HR scheduled 4 more interviews 2 of which were with the same
Person just first time on phone and 2nd time in person. Great experience learned a lot about the cultural company and sales process at EJ Gallo. Everyone was very professional and excited to work for the company.
-Multiple questions; some easy, and some more difficult. It was two people asking mainly behavioral questions. Nothing they asked was unanswerable, but asking a question about "the biggest risk you've ever taken" was tough.
Straightforward, asked a lot of behavioral questions. They are just trying to get to know you. Be yourself and take a moment to pause and think about your answer. Have fun

Interview process was decent. Had 3 interviews in total. One on the phone and two in person. Asked average questions. Easy to talk too. Took long time to make an offer.
