I had an on-campus interview first. Then i was flown to Modesto, CA for a set of second round interviews. The current TMDP people were nice, however the niceness seemed insincere because there were so many candidates and you couldn't really feel who was being genuine or not to you. The interviews were just okay. The interviewers did not seem to really care about us for the most part. The best interviews were with the higher management (VPs etc.) because they seemed to actually want to get to know you. Gallo took us all out to two very nice dinners, had a tour of the campus/winery and had 5 interviews altogether.

Assigned a video interview. It was as good as a video interview could possibly be, but video interviews are just awful and there is nothing any company can do to make them not suck. I wish they had either offered me a live interview in person or on zoom or they had just declined to interview me altogether. To their credit, they were quite fast (6 days) to respond that I did not advance. Many firms just don't respond at all or take much longer so good on them for that.
