Entrevista
Pretty relaxed, there was a pre-interview information session that discussed the history and goals of the company. Actual interview was relaxed and not very complicated. There are a variety of questions asked based off resume and relevance to you and passed experiences. Interview was more like a conversation rather than a straight Q&A.

You start off with a phone interview that takes about 15-20 minutes where they just want to get to know you and about your resume. Then you have an in person interview with a recruitment manager who asks you a few situational questions. If you make it to the next round, you go for a ride along with a current employee in that role to make sure you like the job and could see yourself doing it. Then you have a final interview with two hire ups who ask you some more situational questions as well. They really want to make sure that you will fit in with the company and the culture. You should practice your answers to situational questions before hand and have examples! Everyone was very friendly and I loved doing the ride along to make sure I liked the job and could see myself doing it before going further along in the process. The hiring process is a little long from when you apply to getting an offer (approx. 6 weeks) so just be aware of that and be patient.

The job posting is misleading. The job title should read, "Merchandiser & Stocking Sales Rep". There's very little selling and you're mostly doing favors to get more shelf space for your product. At times you're are doing the grocers workers work for them in order to get more shelf space. Something I can't understand if you're not employed by the grocery chain
I applied for the Wine & Spirits Sales postion. Received a call from HR and interviewed at their corporte office. Moved forward to the next round. This consist of a day in the field with a Sales Representative in your area which typically runs from 6:00am-2:30pm. The purpose of a day in the field is to give you a good overall picture of what a day in the life of a Sales Representative entails.
The sales rep spent most of the day hauling boxes out of the warehouse, unpacking wine, building displays and stocking shelves. Most of the applicants decide not to move forward after they realize the job isn't what it appears to be.
