One thing I would like to stress for all the aspiring candidates. There is a huge politics behind the selection process. The company has the worst HR management. When I went for second round of interview, the HR Manager's friend also came for the interview. The HR guy had extreme rapport with him that he was continuously chatting, laughing and eating with him that made other candidates think that they will not select us. At least the HR could have maintained some distance with his friend during the interview. He didn't even have that sense. All my answers were correct and still I was denied a job and the silly reason they gave was you are more interested in Data Science role. So if any chance comes we will definitely call you. This is what happens with small companies. Too much politics. If you get a job, it's good otherwise don't worry these guys aren't worth it. The interview process is as follows: First round is written. It has 15 logical, 15 mathematical and 15 verbal questions. They give 1 hour. The questions are of medium difficulty. Second round is technical Interview. They generally ask question in simple programs and SQL queries. Third round is HR interview. Then there will be Psychological test. PS: Moreover the interview process is too long. It takes more than a month for final result.
