The hiring operations manager’s conduct was unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of engagement from the start. The interview process appeared to be an inconvenience rather than a genuine evaluation of my skills and qualifications. This behavior is inconsistent with the core values of GAF likes to promote. During the interview, the operations manager posed three initial questions and expressed apparent annoyance at having to invest time in my assessment. This demeanor created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which negatively impacted my overall experience and diminished my interest and confidence. To address this issue, I recommend that Human Resources intervene and provide guidance to the hiring operations manager on effective interview practices or sit in on interviews going forward

The hiring manager did not show up to the interview and when i reached out they tried to reschedule for another day but did not cite why they were absent for the time we agreed upon.
