I originally applied for a marketing analyst position and decided to take the test despite all the negative comments. I received an email from HR notifying me that they would consider me for the Outreach Specialist position instead. I was very excited to see wonderful reviews and such a fun company culture, but once I spoke on the phone with the interviewer, I felt a little let down. First of all, I asked many questions about the position specifically and the team surrounding the role, but most of my questions were dodged and unanswered. By the end of the phone interview I didn't feel like I had learned much about the position/company than I knew before. Once I asked for more on their fun company culture, I was shocked to receive a very dull response. About a week later I received an email from HR notifying me they were moving forward with another candidate.
