I had an initial phone screening scheduled and conducted by HR. The call itself went very smoothly. At the end, I asked if there were any concerns they had about whether or not I could do the job. She said, no. I never received a call back, which is fine. But I did send an email 3 times (spread out over 3 weeks) to inquire where they were at in the hiring process. I was ghosted.
