Not much of an interview. Lots of turnover so they are constantly bringing new people. They try and sell you on how they are going to give you 2-4 leads a day.

Answered ad on Criagslist, we had 5 minute conversation and they were trying to sell me more on working for them then asking me questions about my experience. Seems they'll accept anyone off the street.
