I do not recommend this company to any project manager or anyone who wants to work in the Localization field in Egypt. I have done two interviews, one in 2018 and one early 2021 and they are only getting worse. I have actually done the 2nd interview just out of curiosity if things got changed.
The HR team is extremely unprofessional, has no idea what they're doing and doesn't even has the slightest idea regarding what the benefits are/what the job offer includes.
I have never seen a company where the HR team are directly ignorant, rude and biased.
I highly do not recommend them based on personal experience!

The process itself of the assessments and application review was good. However, the interview was very unprofessional. Only one member of the proposed committee attended. Late around 30-40 mins as if I surprised them.
