The process was smooth and was not at all time taking. Most of the things were done on telephone. Interview initially was basic then in the next round it was situation based.

First of all the company takes about more than a month to complete the selection process. Then they tell you that you have been shortlisted and further there is absolutely no communication. On fact the team tells you to join other organization and later once they have more clarity for your candidature then you can come and join them. Very unprofessional and immature behavior from the hiring team. They don't give any clarity on what they really wish to do with you and keep committing the deadlines to get you the offer which never comes.
