Company take 3 phases 1.aptitude,2.Gd,3.interview,
Aptitude was little difficult as compared to other phase,Gd topic was simple,interview wasn't so tough,they was try to identify the language n fluency of the candidate.
Interview was part of campus interview process. Candidates were shortlisted based on basis of either having operations experience or being a fresher.Since, I was experienced candidate, my interview process was easier.

GD round followed by standard Interview rounds, Two technical rounds and 1 HR round. Questions about retail sector, why retail, why Future Group and how you can contribute to improvement of present scenario. Situation based questions, etc
