Very unprofessional. Was asked irrelevant questions during the process (if I was planning on having kids anytime soon) which is very discriminatory. After successfully going through all 3 interview rounds, they ghosted me for 3 days whilst acting like I was seriously being considered for the position just to be emailed that they hired someone else after ignoring me for 3 days!
