the interview had 3 rounds.
1. Technical round taken by internal FPL employee
2. Technical round taken by FPL client
3. HR round
The duration of all the rounds are approx 30 to 45 mins. It was well organized and started on time.
Onboarding process needs more work. Orientation program was not very well organized. There should have been more clarity on leave policies etc. There should be formal introduction with the team for the new joinee on day 1-2 .
Setting expectations and briefing about roles and responsibilities for the new joinee was also missing.
