I had applied via email and after a couple of days I received a response to arrange an interview. The interview was conducted in the same week. There was a briefing of the said position which was followed by several questions about my education, goals and personality. I believe the interview was planned well as it targeted a variety of issues and let you express your personality through them.

The process was exciting, warm and off-beat with great questions.
The interviewers were gragarious, modest and respectful.
The climate was fun and cozy.
It was the best interview i have had so far.

Entrevista
I've sent my CV and got a prompt response asking me if I was available for an interview. We had the interview a week after that and it took about forty minutes. It was a really cool experience and it was focused more on getting to know my personality. After that I've be given a task related to the position and I got back for a second interview which was focused on my skills set. That was successful as well as I got an offer to join the team.
