Phone call with recruiter followed by a live coding challenge with 2 of their devs. The recruiter took over 2 weeks to get back to me on Hackajob after the coding challenge. Their reply was just a generic message with no specific feedback. The feeling I got from the coding challenge was positive, the guys were friendly and we made good progress with the complex exercise in the short time span. My advice is to keep candidates in the loop, no matter what goes on internally. 2 weeks is not acceptable in this day and age.
