Interviewed directly with schools of interest. The process is quick and was not too extensive. There is an option to be put into a general pool of teacher applicants or apply directly to the school/ schools of your choice.
First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.

In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
