Interview process began with Teach for America submitting names and resumes to the different counties in Atlanta. Following that, in-person interviews were set up with specific schools for specific openings related to content area. Typically you interview with the administrators of the specific school you wish to work at. Other counties have also had county-level interviews which then placed hired people at random schools where need was.
