First a phone interview that went well, the person was pleasant and helpful. The a second video interview was with 2 people a lady and a guy. Not very friendly or welcoming. They had very dry personalities and straight answer questions which made the interview dull and awkward. Said I would hear back from the phone interviewer person about the status and I never heard back which is super unprofessional. No follow email or anything. I reached out to my 1st phone interview person he said he would let me know and never did. I believe I just didn’t fit the tech image they were looking for.

What experience do you have the related to the position?
A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview with the team. The people who conducted the interview were cold and overall grumpy. I didn't hear back after that, even from the recruiter who was too communicative initially.
The interview process was extremely simple and to the point. The Enrollment Manager asked behavioral and situational questions. Basically, 30 minutes of getting to know the role and the company a little bit better as well as myself.
