Went through two rounds of interview one was a teams interview and then the next one was an onsite interview. They weren't very flexible with the onsite interview, I was out of town and they wouldn't do a teams interview again they wanted me to be onsite. I drove for over 2 hours to be there and back. My recruiter told me that for sure I was the one they wanted to hire. Then after a week I am told they went with another candidate and internal candidate, that they didn't tell anyone about. Very disappointing!
