Waste of time interview process. Group interview of 30 people out of 60-90 potential candidates. They make you jump through silly hoops and publicly speak in front of your competition just to watch you squirm under pressure and then after you turn in your written questionnaire you will not be contacted ever again unless they are interested. I've been to a couple of their group interviews, and I couldn't figure out what skills or who they were looking for - seemed like they were going for low skills and "TV pretty" like actors in a TV commercial. They ask you about your skills experience and then say they're not looking for high skills but lean more on client side "face of the company" types of things. Unless you are whatever look they're going for don't waste your time. The experience of this interview was unhelpful to my life.
