The interview will consist of 4 rounds, all conducted at the company's offices in Downtown LA. First, a behavioral interview with a principal, then a second principal will give you 'brain teaser' type questions to observe your thought process (always think aloud and don't take too long), then you will have lunch with some current consultants, then you will meet with the CEO (he will do 90% of the talking, if you bring up gardening or wine you will be fine).
