Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Fulbright Association (Reykjavík) en jun 2022
Entrevista
The first interview I had COVID and I was pressured to attend in person or miss the opportunity before it was accepted I could interview online. The second and third interviews I was given a turnaround time of less than 5 hours to accept an interview for the following day at an allotted time despite saying transparently saying several times I would be unable to leave my current employment with such short notice. In the final interview, I was told I would be an 'intern', then that it was 70% but maybe 100%, that the duration of the whole contract would be 6 months and then I would no longer be required, but that it could also be longer. I was asked about plans to have children and concerns were raised about my intention to commute (<60 mins). I left feeling disrespected and should never have accepted the offer.

Would I regret agreeing to commute once my (non-existent) children were in kindergarten? Wouldn't I miss picking them up and regret missing out on a part of their life?

Send a resume and cover letter to the hiring manager, got invited for a video conference interview with 3 employees. It last 13 minutes and I had the feeling that I did not have time to share my experience and skills.
