It was in 3 stages.
Stage 1: you are called for the first interview, having completed before hand an application form sent by email from the recruitment agency. This has 2 parts. First, you together with other 5-6 people are welcomed in one of the building's office, are given a test with about 10 question. Second part you have a face to face interview with the one of the Kelly Service's recruiter, going through the application form's questions.
Stage 2 you receive a call from the recruiter with the answer if you attend or not your second interview, that being with the managers from one of the Service Desks you are being sent.
Stage 3 you have a face to face interview with the Service Desk Managers that would like to have you.
And after 3-4 days you receive the results from the agency regarding your application.
