Hiring process was not up to scratch. HR Consultant was very vague, and the Management seemed very rude. Better to think twice about working with this organization since not too many processes are set as yet. There may be a lot of favoritism also. And the work life balance will certainly go for a toss, since the HR section functions as a processing team, rather than a value adding team. Dont expect any support from HR in case of issues.

I recently went through the Fujitsu interview process and overall found it to be very professional. The process was clearly structured in multiple stages—from an initial screening to technical and HR rounds. I appreciated how the HR team maintained clear communication and provided detailed information at each step, which made the experience less stressful and very transparent.
The technical interviews were challenging yet fair, allowing me to showcase my problem‐solving and technical skills. One important note for potential candidates is that, during the process, the concept of a 3-year bond was mentioned. This might be a significant factor to consider when evaluating your long-term plans.
Overall, I’d recommend the Fujitsu interview process for its organized approach, friendly HR, and the opportunity it offers to get a good sense of the company culture and expectations.

It was a fair and transparent process.
Very friendly and accessible management.
In time process. Updates received frequently. Back ground varification was smooth. No any issue while reverting on mail. Overall good experience.
after the CV screening, a few rounds with technical personnel and HR. It was not always clear why I was speaking to someone or why I had to see the person.
