I started my first interview with a manager in Macro Economics department. All questions about personal and why I like investment. After interview, I was asked to summarize an English sell-side research (about ECB) and wrote them in Chinese. I have to say it's tough for interviees without previous research background. Anyway, I passed the test and got the second round interview one hour I left the building.
