I was hired in through a local temp service. First interview went great and was interviewed by both the controller and the owner of the company. The interview was very relaxed and we talked about myself first and then just talked a little about the companies history, where they are today, and the future of the company. I was brought in for a second interview to meet the employees and tour the facility. I was hired and was able to start about a month later to give my current job a 2 weeks notice and then a 2 week maternity leave.
