Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial phone conversation with HR rep, in-person interview with HR rep, in-person interview with hiring manager, in-person interview with employee in the same role, and an in-person joint interview with another employee from similar line of business and a financial advisor (Partner). Upon completion of the interview gauntlet there was no proactive outreach with regards to next steps. I sent several e-mails back and forth to determine status of the role before I was finally told they had decided to go a different direction. I can understand not being a good fit for the role, but the lack of communication after months of interviews seems to be very unprofessional.

Entrevista
I had a great interview experience with Frost Bank in Dallas. It’s unusual to hear from a company at all but applied and heard back within 2 days for an interview. Everyone was welcoming, down to earth, and easy to talk to. The whole process felt relaxed but professional, and you could tell the culture and people really matter there. Definitely one of the better interview experiences I’ve had.
