The recruiter was not very professional, and the interview was very odd. I work in an international company with semi experience in foreign recruitment, with native English, and was denied on the basis that a more experienced candidate was hired - which is totally fine, not every company is a match for every candidate (yet I see three people with NO recruitment experience were hired). Constructive feedback is always welcomed - no one is perfect and that is how we learn but if it is sincere and realistic. Will never apply for sure.
