I was contacted by the recruiter and she stated that she saw my resume on career builder and was impressed by it. The recruiter asked me to come in for an initial interview and logic test which went very well. The logic test was pretty similar to an IQ test and about 20 questions long. I was asked to come in for a second interview and prepare some questions to ask the managers. I came up with some unique questions and created a genuine presentation for asking the questions o a group of there different managers. They actually interviewed me one at a time for about 20 minutes each. I thought the second interview went well I may have been a bit nervous but I really would have loved to work for the company. They have a pretty cool setup or the work environment the people seemed friendly, and overall It was for a position that is in my field. However, my nerves must have go to me or something because the next day I received a phone call stating that they would not be moving forward with me to the next step. Although this was a major letdown, I guess It was not a pa o God's plan or right now. I till believe this is a good company to work for and maybe in the future I may apply again or locate another company where I can utilize my experience to its full potential.
