I went in for the interview b/c the ad was intriging and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere upon arrival was very upbeat and high energy. I felt comfortable and at ease in the 1st round interview. I was invited back to the 2nd round interview and LOVED the fact that I was able to see all the in's and out's of the company and the clients. More people should do job shadows, so you know if it's a good fit or not before you accept a job and you can make sure you fit in with the people.
