First phase is a phone call. Then you take a test over customer service and technology. Then you interview with someone from the service desk department. Some repeat questions between the three conversations

Entrevista
Interview was pretty simple. The Floor Manager and his Training Manager asked me questions within a call center environment, customer service, and computer skills. Being that I have a bachelors degree in Business Admin/Computer Information Systems they already knew I was a great fit.
