Applied online, was contacted within a couple days, first interview was a group interview. The next day they contact you for a one on one interview. Group interview consisted of talking about strengths and weeknesses, previous jobs, how to handle customer complaints. They walked us through a customer call and how we would handle it.

They used a third party to do the contact me so it was hard to do follow-ups. I wanted to know more on benefits which is the reason why. It also seemed like they were desperate to fill this position so I am scared it will be hard ot grow within the company.
