There were many distractions during the interview from the HR department. The questions were open ended. They also don't understand why they cannot keep people in the position. They under pay for the amount of responsibility. If you can survive off the salary work the job for a year and double your salary taking the experience somewhere else. This tells me probably not the right place for me.
