I went online and filled out the application. I took assessment and was notified to set up a phone interview. I was invited to a f2f interview in Las Vegas. 14 people were called into a room with 7 interviewers. There were 2 applicants per interviewer. The person that who interviewed with me was asked simple questions "why do you want to be a flight attendant and why Frontier". No follow ups, twists or spins on her questions. The interviewer stated "I'm going to add a little twist to your question". After I answered the question, she stated that one of my questions was a "trick question", which I felt was unfair. The process went really quick. It took about 3 weeks to get the f2f interview.

A gentleman is boarding the plane with 2 small children and car seats. What would you do? After I answered the question, the interviewer stated "I'm going to add a little twist to the question. One of the children is not seated with the father. What would you do?

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
