I went through the process and had multiple interviews and was expecting an offer. They even confirmed with me that if I got the offer which the recruiter felt was likely that I would accept. Later that day the recruiter emailed me and told be the board wanted someone in a different city. Complete waste of time. They knew where I lived before interviewing me. Honestly, based on the feedback it was a complete blessing!
