Entrevista
Interview mainly focused on personality. They are looking for small egos and big motivation. If you are a happy, proactive person willing to learn the job should be yours. You are intervied either by the pub manager or the Assistant Manager, the process is quite dinamic and you should be getting an answer soon. If you do not get it, try again, as each pub take candidates from the same pool and every pub is different and looking for different people.
