Long and lengthly hiring process. It was a 3 part interview. The first part required you to know some math skills in the very rare situation that the system may go down. There was also a questionnaire. The second interview is like any other typical interview. They will ask you some questions with your job experience and how that experience will effect your work ethic at Friedman's. The third interview was short and sweet with an interview with the store manager and some discussion on the job itself.
