I selected a care patient and on the same day I filled out the application and went through various training steps. Before agreeing to the job I was asked to spend a few hours with the patient and he/she allowed me hands on training.

Take a 1 hour orientation. Finger printing, background check. Pictures for badges. Interview with each client to see if we are a good fit. Complete paperwork and agree on start date.
