First Interview: attended few months ago and rejected for no reason Second Interview : Again I got a call from same HR saying.. are you willing to take another interview.. I hesitated and then confirmed and attended last Saturday.. First round : it's about QA process and stuff.. we do both manual and auto testing that is the industry trend.. Hope I cleared that round because they proceeded to next round for technical discussion.. this round itself happened for more than 1 hr with two person (1 shadowing) Second round(by 2 techies): It is supposed to be Technical round.. where they asked about my 6 years experience and asked about framework which I'm currently working.. I jotted down in board for one hour explaining the architecture of the framework and how it is used.. ONLY FRAMEWORK RELATED QUERIES WHERE ASKED.. AND THEY GOT ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE FRAMEWORK.. I have also gave additional information about different tools which they haven't heard of.. And I started explaining development code and concepts how API mapping will happen and other stuffs.. they were like ya we are good.. AFTER ONE HOUR OF EXPLAINING THE FRAMEWORK AND STUFFS .. THEY REQUESTED TO WAIT IN ROOM. THEN HAD MY WATER AFTER GETTING DRAINED OUT.. I WAS CONFIDENT THAT I WILL CLEAR FOR SURE BECAUSE I HAVEN'T GOT ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS TO CLEAR.. ALL THEY ASKED IS ABOUT FRAMEWORK After few mins, HR walked and said we are not proceding with your profile and please fill feedback..then I asked is there any specific reason to reject.. she said we will share your feedback.. I was totally confused on what went wrong.. because spending more than 1 hr of travelling to attend the interview on weekends.. WASTING ALL MY ENERGY ON EXPLAINING MY 6 YRS OF KNOWLEDGE FOR MORE THAN 2 HRS AND GETTING DISSATISFIED WITHOUT ANY REASON... Im totally confused WHETHER ARE THEY JUST GETTING INFORMATION ABOUT DIFFERENT COMPANY CULTURE OR THE INTERVIEWERS IS GOOD ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THE EXPLANATION
