Entrevista
1 short call with recruiter, 1 videocall with recruiter & chief engineer, 1 technical assignment (~5h work on a project example, preparing a small document with solution proposed and some minor calculations), 1 onsite interview to present solution and see the workplace & colleagues.
One week after I was told that I successfully passed the process but the position was "on hold for one or two months". That plus the fact that the product/project described in the offer completely changed during the recruitment process gave me the idea of a weird and chaotic company.

Entrevista
Couple of online interviews with the team + one exercise work with one week time to show your skills and how you approach to solve the problem. After that, I presented my work and explained my design thinking process.
