Very collaborative process that is very clearly defined.
I was sent prep material which really impressed with the professionalism and helped me to, as they said, 'bring my best self' to the interview process.
Goals for technical tasks were clearly outlined and I was encouraged to discuss different approaches. These are coding tasks, they use a collaborative code tool. This was really good to work with their engineers and explore approaches both verbally and with code examples.

Entrevista
Introductory HR interview. Interviewer asked questions about logistics (salary, notice period..) and explained a bit about company. Behavioral questions were not asked, but more questions about motivation, and current work. Interviewer was very hyped about company, would be good to match that enthusiasm. Interviewer indicated at end that there will be follow-up, but ghosted since.

I think this was the most professional and kind interview process I ever participated in.
Christine amazed me how good research she did before contacting me, then during the first call she described the company and job in details very well.
Even though I ended in a different company I am very happy I could meet her, and I could learn about Fresha company.
Maybe next time it would work out better.
