I had a phone interview with HR manager, one on one with the Controller, and one on one with the President of the location. They took their time making a decision and wanted interviews quickly. It took about 2 months to go through the process and get the offer of employment. If the compensation had been better, I would have taken the job. They were very nice and decent atmosphere. However, being you would be the only accountant for the location, they were not compensating well.
