phone interview with inept recruiter who didn't know how to listen and company offering only up to $90K with a low bonus for a 2nd shift HRBP. This is not the first time a HR position came to me from the company but their positions remain low pay while they continue to stress the need for high level corporate experience. They really need to overhaul their comp program to the NYC market.

Multiple rounds with employees from HR and the business unit. The entire process took close to two months. The interview process could have been streamlined into a panel interview, which would have cut down on time.
