I was excited about the opportunity to interview with this new company. I loved the job description. I applied online and got a request for an interview in two days. This is a pretty small operation right now, so my phone interview and phone screen was with the same person. Their approach to hiring is pretty cool - they didn't request your traditional cover letter/resume like you normally see, but asked you to be creative when applying. The interviewer was very responsive and even gave me some feedback on my interview (something you definitely loose with larger companies). I don't think this we were a mutual fit, but I enjoyed the process!
