The leadership is lost and don’t have the clarity of what they want from the candidate , they will waste your 2 months in interviews and will take 7 to 8 rounds but won’t release the offer letter.
The HR team is the worst as they lack the basic decency to even provide feedback and clarity and will be stuck in taking follow ups from them all the time.
If you are planning to join the organisation be very cautions as they are confused and will have unclear expectations.
They have been trying from last 6 months to fill 6 position in ad ops and are not able to do so.

Entrevista
Interview process is good and there were three technical rounds and interviewer was very talkative and friendly and listen all the answered on all the questions. Over all experience was good and easy
